We collect information you choose to provide through farm submissions and contact forms, including names, contact details, business information, and listing content. Administrator accounts store account details and securely hashed passwords.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review, publish, maintain, and support farm listings; respond to messages; prevent abuse; and understand whether the directory is useful.

Public farm listings

Approved business information may become public. Private contact names and review notes are not published unless they are also supplied as public listing information.

Security and anti-abuse data

We use limited technical data, including privacy-protected identifiers derived from network or session information, to rate-limit forms and measure aggregate activity. Raw identifiers are not used for advertising profiles.

Cookies

MiFarmStore uses essential session cookies for form security and administrator authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in Version 1.

Retention and choices

We retain submissions and messages as needed to operate the directory, document review decisions, and address misuse. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
